What do you want to be when you grow up?
You know how some people know from an early age or when leaving school what they want to do for a living. There are a lot of people, like myself, who did not have a clue, even into my 40′s. As long as I was employed, my bills were paid, I was working with great people and being able to help others, the job itself was not something I was passion about. I mean really passionate, like our Olympians who jump out of bed and train everyday with that great vision.
Well I am here to say at 44 I found out what I want to be when I grow up. Creating something myself, learning, sharing, having fun and being part of a great support network.

Your passion is your interest/hobby, whether it be scrap booking, pets, children, restoring cars, helping share your knowledge, make people laugh, exercise, brewing beer you name it, you to can start your own Home Based Business doing what you love and earn an income or even build it up so you can sack your boss. Working from anywhere, a camper-van, the beach, while on holidays or at a coffee shop and without the added expenses of having an on-site business and staff.
